Refund and Cancellation Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns
   You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging with all tags intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
   Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as downloadable software products or personalized items.
3. Refunds
   Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or bank transfer). You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days depending on your card issuer’s or bank’s policies.
4. Cancellations
   You can request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before the item has been shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled and must follow our standard Return Policy.
5. Shipping Costs
   You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product received.
